Chair Chi is a gentle exercise program combining the many benefits of traditional tai chi with the safety and stability of a chair.

Participants typically experience improved overall health and wellbeing, reduced stress and greater cognitive awareness.

Classes are taught by Tracy Heifetz, a Certified Recreation Therapist and Certified Chair Chi Instructor.

For the past ten years, Tracy has worked exclusively with a select group of senior clients to help them safely stay vibrant and active, both mentally and physically.
